As President of Provision Home, I am responsible for overseeing all areas of operating a successful security systems and home automation services business.
From operations to human resources, I ensure Provision staff are trained to provide you with the protection that you and your family need for your home or place of business in Birmingham. As a Vector Security® authorized dealer, Provision Home provides you with complete peace of mind.
Chandler Pugh - Office Administrator
Speaking with people and assisting them in any way is a passion of mine, and I am positioned to do just that as the Office Administrator of Provision Home. To work in this environment with such an outstanding team of upper management, technicians, and sales force is a blessing.
I was welcomed here two years ago with experience in catering to an office workspace. However, it has evolved into more than just my job in the sense that we celebrate birthdays, holidays, and personal milestones together. Our families are welcomed wholeheartedly! I am a wife and mother to one child, so my husband and I are always on the move. We live in the greater Birmingham area where we were both raised, and we enjoy spending time with our families and lifelong friends.
I cannot stress enough how amazing it is to be a part of a team that provides such an outstanding level of service and knowledge for the protection of you and your family. I look forward to hearing from you soon!
Clifford Stephens, Jr. - Lead Service Technician
Hi, my name is Clifford Stephens. I am married, and I am a father of six right now. Oh, and I almost forgot Prince, our very playful Maltese pup... lol.
I am the kind of person you would call a busy body. I love to learn or figure out how everything works. I have been like that since childhood. Some of the stuff never made it to the next day…. lol.
Anyways, I am over the Service Department here at Provision Home. I make it a priority to reach each and every customer in a timely manner, making their issues my very own and working very diligently with the customer until the problem is resolved. I came on board with Provision Home about a year ago, and I have never worked with such a great group of people. They made me feel welcome as if we were a small family.
The owner of this company, Noel Pittman, is by far the greatest person I have ever worked for. I have been in this industry since 1999, and I plan on using all that experience with this company to make Vector Security® and Provision Home maintain on top of all their competitors.
Oh, and one more thing I like about being here is that you can actually build a relationship with the customers instead of treating them like a number. Hint... Hint... Hint... (ADT). I look forward to meeting each and every one of you guys, and I hope you have a blessed day!

Hi, my name is Jake Davis. I am a recent graduate of Faulkner University with a degree in Business Management. I graduated in December of 2019.
